I don’t have any equipment. Can I still do The Daily Sweat?

Yes! We have a SUBS menu for every movement that is programmed in The Daily Sweat. Here you will find a no equipment option as well as other substitutions for the workout.


What if I don’t know how to do a specific exercise?

Under the “SUBS” menu, simply click the movement you are unsure about and a demonstration video for that exercise will play.


What’s the first piece of equipment I should get?

A set of dumbbells can go a long way. With just one set, you open up a world of variety for different movements you can perform. They are extremely versatile and can be used for all of our workouts. A kettle bell would be a great choice as well.


How often should I workout?

If you are just starting out, we recommend 3 days per week as a minimum. You can introduce more days gradually after your body becomes acclimated.

How many workout days are programmed per week?

We program for 5 days per week with 2 of the days being active recovery / rest days. Rest days are extremely important and ensure we are properly recovering the body to continue to train on a consistent basis. Are warm-ups and stretching included?

Yes! Each day there is a specific programmed warm-up. In addition to the warm-up you will find stretching and mobility catered to the movements you will see in The Daily Sweat for that particular day. Both the warm-ups and mobility movements come complete with video demonstrations. Simply click the movement you are unsure of and your video plays instantly.

Should I mix up the workouts during the week?

Our workouts have been specifically designed to flow seamlessly through the week. By becoming a member, you can trust that the product that is being put forward has been tested and approved before being released. We take great pride in delivering a premium product so you don’t have to worry about programming or what to do for that day because it’s all taken care of by being a part of the Fit With Matt family.

Are there any contracts or hidden fees?

No! We don’t have any contracts nor do we have any hidden fees. Subscriptions are month to month and will continue to run until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. There is no catch, hidden fees or fine print to confuse you.
