COACH'S NOTES

Super Set = Perform 1 set of Dumbbell Overhead Press and then directly into a set of Feet Elevated Ring Rows without resting until you've completed both movements.

Focus Points:

-Try your best to hold yourself accountable to the superset method.

-There will be quick transition time and 60-90sec rest only after you've performed a set of each exercise.

-Focus on quality of movement and full range of motion.

Primer/Activation:

3 Sets with light weight or body weight:

2 Dumbbell Cleans (Or SUB)

2 Burpee Box Jumps (Or SUB)

10sec/side Mixed Suitcase Overhead Carry (In Place) (Or SUB)

Focus Points:

-In order to get the correct stimulus on this workout, pick loads or clean options that will challenege you but are also doable while under fatigue.

-If the clean is a new movement for you, consider using a SUB as you may be limited on the weight you can perform.

-Getting into a steady rythm on this workout is key.

-You can have a lighter weight in the overhead position and a heavier one for the suitcase at your side.

-Switch sides at the half way point.

Goal:

-You should aim for an average of 2-3:00 per round.

-I chose to perform today's daily sweat with a sandbag but simply using a set of dumbbells is perfect!

COACH'S NOTES

Landmine Single Arm Row

-Standing next to the end of the barbell, place one hand on the end of the barbell collar facing away form the attachment.

-Feet should be underneath your hips somolar to a deadlift stance.

-While keeping the back hinge at the hips until your torso is at a 45degree angle.

-Row the weight up towards your ribcage and retract your shoulder blad down and back.

-Slowly lower the weight while maintaining position and repeat for designated reps.

Landmine Single Arm Press

-Stand with a stagger stance with the Barbell Collar in the same side as the back leg in your stance.

-Keep the elbow tucked in close to the ribcage and press the weight verhead.

-Finish with the arm covering the ear and a slight forward lean.

-The elbow should be completely locked out.

-Slowly lower the weight and repeat.
