COACH'S NOTES

Primer:

Perform 4-6 Reps of each movement (Use SUBS where needed)

Focus Points:

-Strive for a smooth pace each round.

-When testing this workout I did the DB snatch "Per arm" meaning I did the reps per arm not as a total.

-If you're looking for a 30 minute workout then you can choose to do it this way.

-Otherwise the reps on the dumbbell snatch should be total reps (example round of 3 should be Left arm, right arm, left arm).

Goal:

-Perform each set unbroken.

-This means that pacing needs to be smooth not necessarily fast.

-A smooth and methodical pace will yield consistent results in this workout.

-SIt Up Modifications

Puhsup

-Puhsup on Knees

-Pushup on Bench/Box

Dumbbell Snatch

-Power Snatch

-Plate Ground to Overhead

-Floor Touch Jump and Reach

Double Unders

-Single Unders

-Plyo Plate Hops

-Plyo Fast Feet In Place


Cool Down

400m Walk at an easy pace.

Couch Stretch 1min

Arm Crossbody Stretch 1min/side
