Thanksgiving Day Workout
:20 work :10 Rest
*As many reps as possible in :20sec.
*A completed round is when you’ve gone through each letter.
*Athlete chooses the amount of rounds based on how much “Thanks” they are willing to give!
*Advanced athletes can wear a vest #20/14.
T - Tricep Dips
H - High Box Jumps
A - Alternating Lunges
N - Negatives (Pull-ups slow on the way down)
K - Knee to opposite elbow (bicycle crunches)
S - Squats (Air squats or Jump squats)
Rest 1:00 after each round.
