Dynamic Warm Up (Full Body 7-10mins)


Ramp It Up

4 Rounds

Max Reps at each station

1) Jump Rope

2) Power Snatch #75/55

3) Sit Ups

4) Sumo Deadlift High Pull #75/55

5) Air Squat

6) Rest

Round 1 = 1 minute at each station for MAX REPS.

Round 2 = 1 minute at each station for MAX REPS.

Round 3 = :30 seconds at each station for MAX REPS.

Round 4 = :30 seconds at each station for MAX REPS.


Cool Down

5-7 minute Bike/walk at an easy pace.

Seated Pike Stretch 1-2mins

Calf Smash 1min/side
