*Finish each round with 12/9 Cals on Assault/Echo Bike

*CAP Cardio at 1min

*Add 2 reps every round to the chest to bars and front squats.


Cool Down

Bike/Walk/Row 5-7 mins minimum

Pigeon Pose 1min/side

Scorpion Stretch 1min
